Here are some important guidelines regarding the delivery of your order:
- Shipping Cost: Orders at least $75.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping! $9.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $75.00.
- Delivery Restrictions: Maxler does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
However, our trusted partner Amazon does ship internationally.
- Shipping Time: We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. The estimated shipping time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method during checkout but in most cases it is 3-8 business days. Orders placed on a working day (M-F) BEFORE 2pm CST will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed AFTER 2pm will be dispatched the following day. However, the orders placed AFTER 2pm on Friday or ON A HOLIDAY will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistical issues can occasionally affect the delivery schedule.
- Shipment: Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery online, ensuring you stay informed about the whereabouts of your package.
- Delivery Address: To ensure a successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address during the checkout process. Double-check the address details to avoid any delivery delays or issues. All shipping addresses must be submitted in English, no special or accented characters are accepted.
