Effective recovery for efficient progress

  • decreases feeling of tiredness
  • speeds up muscle recovery
  • improves exercise performance

Exercise creates stress in the body. Our muscles may get mechanical or metabolic stress if we’re training very hard or doing exercise we’re unaccustomed to. Unfortunately, for many this may create feelings of soreness, decreases in strength and even inflammation.

That is why recovering correctly after exercise is key for any athlete. Recovery strategies can vary, with some choosing massages or compression garments. However, recovery can also be done through nutritional strategies, which is why we’ve made the Recovery Complex Bundle.

Key recovery assistants

This bundle consists of three key active ingredients which are essential for a quick and effective recovery:

100% Golden BCAA amino acids prevent muscle breakdown and damage while also reducing feelings of tiredness and soreness. They can also help decrease delayed onset muscle soreness, DOMS.

100% Golden Citrulline Malate can help improve blood flow, which can reduce feelings of soreness.

Omega-3 Premium fatty acids are a great way to support muscles during recovery, as their anti-inflammatory action are aimed to help manage soreness. They are also known to support muscle performance and prevent it from deteriorating after a hard workout.

Maxler Recovery Complex Bundle is a one-stop-shop for all the ingredients that help the body recover from exercise. This bundle will benefit most athletes and can be an easy way to ensure you keep making progress without overexerting your muscles.
