30 minutes before your workout, take 1 serving of L-Carnitine 3000. You can dilute it or drink as is. Mix 1 scoop of BCAA Powder with water, drinking it during the gym session or after.

Within 30 minutes to 2 hours after your workout, take a serving of 100% Isolate to kickstart your muscle repair. It’s best to mix it with a source of carbs for optimal recovery.
