BCAA+glutamine

Directions

Mix 5 g of Arginine AAKG with 200 ml of water and take it around half an hour before your workout. The supplement works best if you take it on an empty stomach.

Take 5 g of L-Citrulline Malate 20-40 before your workout. You can take multiple doses a day for up to 18 g in total. If you’re taking it more than once a day, ensure one of the times is before your workout.

Take at least 3 g of Beta-alanine 15-20 minutes before your workout. You should ensure to take beta-alanine daily.

About 60-30 minutes before your workout, mix ½ scoop of Creatine in 200 ml of water and drink it. For those that prefer to creatine load, take 5g of creatine 4-5 times a day for about a week, then simply take 3-5 g of creatine every day, preferably before your workout.

You can mix multiple supplements together to make your own pre-workout drink.
